RETURN POLICY

All sales are considered final, so it is important that you take the time to listen to the sound files we offer on-line in order to be sure that you are confident that the music you are buying is something that you will enjoy listening to. Sound files are available for all of our albums HERE. We also offer a FREE CD Trial Offer, which gives you the opportunity to listen to a CD for 14 days before you decide to purchase. If you follow these suggestions, there would be no need for a return, but we also understand that there are exceptions to everything. If you do decide to return the product, in order to receive credit, it must be returned in resellable condition*. We also request that you contact us first before returning. There is a 15% restocking fee and S&H charges will not be refunded. Credit will be issued either by check or as a credit card refund. No refunds after 30 days.

All products other than the CDs and books by Shapeshifter are not returnable, all sales are final. Damaged items upon shipping will be replaced.

*Resellable condition means that there are absolutely no scratches or marks on the CDs and that the covers and inserts are not marked or bent in anyway. Slight scratch on the jewel cases will be acceptable. Books cannot be damaged, torn or marked on in any way.
