RETURN POLICY

For CDs, Books, DVDs, FLAC and MP3 files: All sales are considered final due to the nature of the recordable medium, so it is important that you take the time to listen to the sound files we offer on-line in order to be sure that you are confident that the music you are buying is something that you will enjoy listening to. We have a lot of free information for you to engage with prior to making your purchase as well that should help you to make an informed decision - review our FREEBIES section. Sound files are available for all of our albums HERE. We also offer a FREE Sampler CD, which gives you the opportunity to listen to an audio intro about Visionary Music and Shapeshifter along with clips from each of our soundscapes before you decide which ones to purchase. If you follow these suggestions, there would be no need for a return. Rather than request a return, we suggest you email us and talk about what you are experiencing, as we can often help you to understand what is going on and how to work with it for greater effectiveness.

Jewelry: We will accept returns on jewelry items as long as they are in resellable condition, minus a 15% restocking fee. If you break one of the pendants within the first 30 days, we may be able to offer a discounted price on a replacement depending on availablity (this is more up to our jewelers). Credit will be issued either by check, credit or as a credit card refund. No refunds after 30 days.

Damaged items upon shipping will be replaced. If you damage any of the CDs, Books or DVDs, you can request replacement copies at a reduced cost. You can also request back up CDs for other players in your home at reduced costs.
