Meditation for Common Ground

Download the sound file and put it on repeat. Lie down or sit up -- lights out, close your eyes, breathe deep, relax and LET GO.

For the first pass, just focus on the bass beat in the background. Turn up the bass on your player. Become aware of how these sounds are affecting your chakras. There is a pattern and a sequence being played, so just allow yourself to tune in to that sound and that feeling. Let it begin resonating with your physical and extend out to the etheric layers of your auric field. Think of the dialing module on Stargate where they play a certain pattern of symbols and this aligns them with another planet/dimension -- this is what is happening.

On the next pass, turn the bass back to normal listening and focus on the melody line. Become aware of your energy body, your etheric, your body double - let is sway, swirl and move with this pattern. Try not to move your physical body during this pass.

On the next pass, sit up and start to move your physical body along with the music. Imagine that you have a dance partner and you and your energy body are dancing together.

On the next pass, sit still and become aware of the energetic space that you have now aligned yourself with. Go within and experience this place of Common Ground that we all share. This time listen deeper for the nuances of sounds that are almost inaudible at first and try to bring them to the front of your listening awareness.

Turn off the music and just still in silence and sense the energy. If you have loved ones in need, send this energy to them through the matrix. If you have situations in your life that need a boost of Light, surround them with this energy. If you have someone in your household that you can share this energy with, give them an extended hug.
