Each month, you will receive a soundscape (approx 60 minutes) to work with. We recommend that you play it daily or every other day in a deep meditative state. You can certainly play it in the background as well as during sleep time. We suggest that you do not go more than 3 days without listening. When you get the next months soundscape, you can still continue to listen to the previous ones in whatever order and timeframe that you so choose, but we want you to work with the new one primarily during your deeper meditations during that month.
The soundscape is going to be available as a download (CD format-600M+ File) or on CD (in tyvek sleeve). The download format will not be compressed at all, so it will be a mirror copy of the original. You will need to be able to transfer to a player or burn your own CD copy.
NOTE: The music is specifically for you and cannot be copied, duplicated or shared on peer to peer groups. Use your discretion as to who else you let listen to it. These transmissions are going to be meant for serious lightworkers ready to accelerate their journey, so just be sensitive to others in your household who might be listening who are not ready for this step. As many therapists will be in this group, we will say that you can play it for your advanced clients if you let them know what it is and have their permission. Forming groups in your area would also be a good idea so you can share with each other experiences that you are having.
1 Guided Journey per month (MP3 download only)
The guided journey will come forth from the group energy dynamics and can be used whenever you want during the month.
We are suggesting that you send us a small (1-2") quartz crystal (clear, rose, amethyst) and keep one for yourself. Program both with your highest intentions for this journey. We will keep this crystal in the Odyssey Temple at all times. We will also ask you to send a business card with your name and contact info on it. You can also send a picture if you like, one that has the energy and vision of the most expanded and open new timeline you are seeking to embody. The picture can be of anything you like. The main thing is to keep your package small enough to be kept in a 3" square of space on our shelves. Keep your crystal on your personal altar, as the two will be energetically connected. Use the crystal as a multi-dimensional manifestation gateway during your daily meditation by placing on your third eye or other chakra points.
Each month you can set up a personal remote healing session in the Odyssey. A candle will be lit next to your crystal during your session time and intentions will be set for your essence to utilize this space for your personal healing work. It is suggested that you play the current soundscape during this time as the same will be done in the Odyssey simultaneously. We will send additional instructions to prepare for this session. For those who live or are visiting the Asheville area, you can visit our studios for your session.
1 Teleconference w/Shapeshifter (podcasted following event)
Once a month, we will set up a time to have a teleconference, which will be recorded and later posted as a podcast for those who cannot attend. We will discuss your experiences and answer any questions that may have come up for each of you. We really encourage your participation in these conferences so that we can expand this work together. If you cannot attend, feel free to submit your comments and questions via email.
Chakra Portrait to Monitor Progress of Spiritual Energy System (optional)
We have been offering chakra portraits for over a decade to help people monitor their spiritual progress and locate areas where blocked energy may be holding back their manifestations. These portraits can reveal areas that need to be worked on in order to move to the next levels of your journey. Maintaining a healthy chakra system is one of key areas of focus for all lightworkers. At your request, we will create an initial portrait for you when you begin the program, then another one at 6 months and then on at the end of the 12 months. Monthly Odyssey Meditations with new Soundscape
Once a month, after the new soundscape comes through, we will set up a gathering here at our Sanctuary of Sounds Center of Light in Asheville, NC. We can do a potluck networking thing and then go into the group Odyssey space to meditate with the soundscape as a group.
Private Conversations with Shapeshifter
During the first 6 months of the program you can schedule a one hour conversation with JoAnn, in which you can talk about your personal journey, seek guidance or talk about collaborative ideas. Towards the end of your year long program, you can schedule a one hour conversation with Gary to talk about the deeper implications of the work as it has unfolded during the year. These are optional and up to you to request when you feel you want to do so.
OPTIONAL IDEAS to Explore
• There are many ways for people to connect on the Internet through some of the social networking sites. We do not have time to set this up, but if someone steps up who has ideas about how to do this we will post the info here. We are going to be very focused on the various facets of the creative process during this time, so if anyone has ideas to explore about coming together as a group in some sort of synergistic process or venue, please make suggestions. We are on many of the social networking sites already, so it may be possible to just use one of them for this purpose.
• We would like to have a yearly event (3-5 days) here in the Asheville, NC area, possibly in the fall (Oct/Nov). This can actualize based on the group desires and whomever would like to set up these arrangements. Your costs will be travel, lodging and food. We won't charge anything additional for our participation - as we want it to be just a gathering of friends with no set timelines, plans or agendas. We would like to see this spontaneously evolve from the group dynamic. There are many adventures we can go on here in the Western NC mountains.

There are other opportunities that we want to offer to the Grounding Crew that will reveal itself over the course of the initial year. We would like to offer each member of this team a % point on a project that is created, which is a way to recycle the energy on your initial investment as well as being a part of a project that expands this Light across the world. Acknowledgements will also be made for your contributions to the project. Right now, we are thinking this project will be the eventual release of the LevelTwo series on the market or an animated film project or who knows. We will see how things evolve.
